Requiem for a Dream

The recent offering from Darren Aronofsky who brought us "Pi". I thought this film was amazing, visually stunning. In a nutshell we see the lives of a young guy, his girlfriend, his friend, and his mom slip away into oblivion because of their varied addictions to narcotics.

Rating:

Aronofsky uses graphic imagery with his usual directorial style of quick frame shooting to portray a distinctly anti-drug message. Definitely worth seeing for the strong of heart.
